All Cap-Subject petitions
All cap subject petitions have been selected for Fiscal Year 2019 H-1B. USCIS will return the ones that were not selected. One more year, the number of applications received exceeded significantly the number of visas granted. This creates issues for companies trying to increase their business and grow in the American market, as they now have to give up the employees that they found for their organization and start the recruitment process again. Luckily, in some cases there are other alternatives to retain the talent that they need.
The problem is that they all take longer. If your petition was not selected for this year´s cap, call our office and we will evaluate the options and get the process started. Our expert immigration attorneys will be able to guide you through your options and make sure that we find a solution for your case. Call the office today and start your process! 770-913-0800
